Brett F Schoneman

Brett Schoneman is a native of North Iowa and left in 1997 to study business and physics at the University of Tulsa. After college he traveled the country and a little abroad with a music group to finally find his way back to his family and roots in North Iowa.

Brett has been involved in real estate investments since 1999 and became a licensed REALTOR for Schoneman REALTORS GMAC in 2004. In his first year with the firm, Brett won GMAC's Rookie of the Year for the state of Iowa with a sales volume of $2.9 million and has not looked back.

Brett is now the Managing Broker of the Mason City office for Schoneman Realtors. His energy and enthusiasm is contagious and he is driven to make those around him succeed. He is passionate about utilizing the most advanced technology for giving his agents and clients the Premier Service that they deserve. 

Brett specializes in residential, investment, and commercial properties for lease and sale. He is a candidate for the CCIM which is one of the highest designations a Realtor can pursue to specialize in commercial investment analysis, site analysis, and purchase/lease scenarios for businesses.
