Bio:  

Chad Schoneman was born, raised and still resides in North Iowa.  He attended college at Buena Vista in Storm Lake and then the University of Iowa, where he studied Political Science and Business.  After a short stint in Scottsdale, AZ, he returned home to join his family's real estate business (Schoneman Realtors) in 1996, where he was welcomed by his Grandmother, Father, and Aunt.

In 2001, Schoneman Realtors expanded their business to include office locations in Clear Lake and Mason City.  Chad took over as the Managing Broker in Clear Lake & has since assisted the office in the becoming the "leader" in the Northern Iowa market.

Chad's real estate career included numerous accomplishments, including, but not limited to: yearly million and multi-million dollar clubs and "Top Agent" recognitions in both sales and listings (in excess of $11 million) in both 2005 and 2006.  In addition to these achievements, Chad has continually upheld a reputation of maintaining listings and sales in excess of $12-$15 million each year.
