| Bio: | Brett Schoneman is a native of North Iowa and left in 1997 to study business and physics at the University of Tulsa. After college he traveled the country and a little abroad with a music group to finally find his way back to his family and roots in North Iowa.
Brett has been involved in real estate investments since 1999 and became a licensed REALTOR for Schoneman REALTORS in 2004. He became the managing broker of the Mason City location in 2009 and has been the Top commercial broker in North Iowa since 2010.
Brett chooses to invest his time back into his community through his service in groups including Economic Development, Chamber of Commerce, Visit Mason City, and in 2016 he was elected to Mason City City Council. Brett has a passion for the success of North Iowa and serves his community through these groups and by serving the customers of Schoneman Realtors.
